主讲人简介（150字）: 益田正，日本静冈理工科大学名誉教授。在大学工作期间，他从事角度检出器超高精度校正法和建筑行业自动机械开发方面的研究。提出了一种无需使用高精度基准即可实现旋转编码器超高精度校正的独特方法，并制定校正系统对其进行了验证。研究成果曾获得日本文部科学大臣奖表彰以及日本精密工学会奖。
Introduction to Expert（150 words）: Masuda Tadashi is the honorary professor at Shizuoka Institute of Science and Technology in Japan. During his university work, he engaged in research on ultra high precision correction methods for angle measuring instruments and the development of automatic machinery in the construction industry. His achievement is to propose a unique method for achieving ultra high precision calibration of rotary encoders without the use of high-precision benchmarks, and to develop and validate a calibration system. He has been recognized for his research achievements by the Minister of Education, Culture, and Science of Japan, as well as the Japan Institute of Precision Engineering Award.
